I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.They must clean or sanitize all the time because there was no odor to detect, which in my opinion is better then smelling too many perfumes whether sweet or....not so sweet. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
Dr. Schmidt was the provider I chose to go with and he was very kind, caring and quite gentle. I have not been to a dentist for any work in about 10 years because of bad experiences with other providers and I must say Dr. Schmidt has redeemed all dentists for me.

The person in charge of filing the insurance claim MISREPRESENTED the insurance company's coverage for the procedure (wisdom teeth removal) telling me "IT IS NOT COVERED" and I would have to pay $1,000+. I called my son's insurance company and was told the procedure IS COVERED (gave me all info), but this dentist DO NOT FILE THE CLAIM.

Why not telling it how it is - what is the intention? To be paid faster? Playing with people's pocket? I am very upset. Changed dentists! I did not need a friend but a good oral surgeon for my son. It is irrelevant how nice or handsome (other reviews) the doctors are. HONESTY AND EXPERIENCE is what a patient needs.
