They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never, they are very reliable.
