I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I will never return to this man again !!!!!!!!

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
