Dr. Jones doesn't even deserve half a star. Sorry for the long review, but words cannot explain the regret I have over going to this dentist. I went to him for 10 years with no problems, then he wanted to change out a 19-year-old filling (even though I was having no problems with it) and file down the tooth above it to "protect the filling." Ever since, I've had pain in the tooth he filed down, which was nine months ago. I went back for a bite adjustment, but it didn't help. At my next cleaning, I complained again, and he was nothing but rude and offered no suggestions to fix it. Instead of discussing the problem, he wrote profusely in his chart (presumably to cover himself), then turned to his assistant and said, "I'm sorry it's taking me 25 minutes to explain this tooth to her" (like I wasn't even there). He had been in there no more than 10 minutes. Furthermore, he talked to the man before me at length about places to eat in the area. My tooth was fine before he needlessly worked on it. This is the first time I have EVER had dental problems, so it's not like I had a mouthful of problems. Now, I can only use one side of my mouth to eat. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to him. Also, I've been trying to get my records for a month and a half, and he won't send them. Maybe he is afraid I'm going to sue him. In the very least, I'm ready to report him for withholding my records. Every time I call their office about my records, they give me the run-around. BEWARE of this dentist.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
