They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are definitely the worst specialist I've ever been too. They make other specialists look like experts. The entire time I was there, I didn't feel like they listened to me. It felt like they just talked at me the whole time. Almost every time I call to make an appointment with them, they are unavailable. I understand they are busy, but it's very frustrating trying to work my schedule around the few times they are actually available.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
