Wonderful surgeon! I had tumors removed from my gums....no pain and the procedure only took about 10-15 minutes!

They barely gave me any information to my questions at all, other than the pamphlets on the actual procedure. I have had to do my own research to get any of my further questions answered. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Dealing with accounting was very frustrating too... They informed me of what the Insurance company would cover, and they were wrong... now i have a negative balance, and i can't get a refund from them until all my "paid in advance" procedures are completed... and they keep tacking on procedures which is running the cost up for this completely "paid in advance" service. i had to take out another credit card to cover costs, and now i can' pay off my bill, because by the time they are done, there will be no money left from the insurance reimbursement... funny how that works...
