I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

This practice goes very far out of their way to help get our children in very quickly, and almost always the same day if we call for anything that's not routine. The staff all keep track of what your kids are up to and not only remember you from visit to visit, but remember the kids, their interests, past health concerns, and other aspects of your life. We can't recommend them enough. We have been using them since our now seven-year-old was 18 months, and it is a non-negotiable that we select our insurance provider based on who will work with this practice.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
