Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

This office took me in as an emergency patient. I was happy with them and have switched to them for my full time dentist. They are able to schedule my appointments to meet my schedule.

I made an appointment with Dr. Stolz because he was covered by my Banner Health insurance. I spoke to him for less than ten minutes. I waited for longer than my "consultation." I needed a bridge. He told me that he couldn't help me and he was booked for more than two months in advance. He was rude about not being to help me.

Fine. You can't help. It happens. Although he told me that he was not going charge my insurance, he billed my insurance $120 for doing nothing. He did not look in my mouth. He did not take impressions... nothing!

I have never had a medical professional be so rude to me and then have the gall to charge me. i am waiting for his office to get back to regarding the charge. I will remove this review if his office refunds my insurance.

I would advise that you go to any other dentist in Fairbanks, Alaska.
