As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. As a state-of-the-art facility, they offer some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. You are most certainly in good hands here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Whenever I make an appointment, I know that I will get in, but I will have to wait up to an hour or more. Dr. Sachar takes time to discuss my condition and make me feel comfortable. He obviously does this with everyone, so I don't mind waiting. The nurses and support staff are friendly and helpful. They were always very considerate and professional. My hand surgery came out beautifully - the 2 inch scar on top of my ring finger is almost invisible!
