I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I've seen Dr. Okuda for about 15 years now. She's AWESOME! very friendly, answers all my questions, very quick and efficient. Wait times are minimal. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. I recommend her to all my friends. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Dr. Okuda has been my doctor for 17-18 years - I love her and would trust her with my life!
