Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

The office was easy enough to find. I am very impressed with the doctor herself. She seems to consistently take the time to understand the issue and dig a little deeper. She seems to know her field well. Office personnel are typical, preoccupied with tasks or conversations, strictly business.

Dr. Pittenger is a thorough, conscientious professional. While making you feel comfortable and non-threatened, you are able to talk with her in plain English and feel that what you say actually has impact. Case in point, I was having trouble with a specific medication which caused pain and other negative side effects. Instead of sloughing me off like other doctors have, she promptly substituted another med. Within two days, the pain was gone. We need more docs like her. She'll tell you what she thinks but gives credence to the patient's concerns.

I initially went to Dr. Pittenger on the recommendation of a friend when my regular doctor wasn't available. She did such a great job making me feel comfortable and was friendly and chatty. She let me ask a lot of questions with out making me feel like she didn't have time to answer them. Because of that, I've been back to her for everything ever since. The most impressive thing about her care is that she really looks into things that seem off or unusual and even if my fears were for naught, I would rather go to a doctor who doesn't brush off your concerns but legitimately helps you investigate the cause of them. She's a great doctor.
