Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
