The waiting room was quiet and serene (tho' my toddler could have appreciated more activity/activities.) But as such, it was very, very clean (all rooms we were in.) Dr. Goldberg is always prompt, respectful, honest, kind and personable. The desk staff seems nicely organized - though I tried to get them to smile. Charges for the visit were fair and processing of my insurance + payment smooth, too.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I like a well-rounded physician. That she seemed to be. I would have wished for a bit more active listening, respect and compassion. Yet, we'll see her again. Office itself? - a typical medical staff, not especially friendly ,but seem efficient. We had extra paperwork both times, when compared with other offices. One needs to call a week+ ahead for appointments.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Tthey always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
