They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
