Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

i agree! he is a butcher! His wife/nurse practitioner knew little about the things she is involved in, either that or she was lying to try to get me do things i didn't want to. When it was time for baby to be born, Dr. Henry broke my water at 38 weeks for no apparent reason and without consulting me about it. I thought he was checking to see how far dilated i was to see my labor progress then swoosh! and i look down as he's pulling out the hook. then after being in labor for 4 hours performed a C/sec because HE said i had failure to progress. 4.5 hours of labor and i was dilated 5.5cm. SO HE SAID. my son was born with a cone head and a flat nose. I'm sure he was in the birth canal and that's why he rushed a C/sec. wanted the money i'll bet. now i'm forever scared. forever a VBAC. had my next one 16 months later at home with a midwife. 100% natural and an 8 hour labor. the only thing that was really unmanageable was the pain from the c/sec scar tissue during contractions. stupid flippen doctor! get your records before you sue!

Dr. Henry is a butcher, I gave him my birth plan, and he never read it, Dr. Henry threw it away in the trash. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
