Dr. Prabaker and his staff are by far the best doctors office I've ever seen. It is obvious that they've been exceeding their patients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how great their office looked at my last visit, complete with large waiting area, flat screen TV, and very clean. I can tell that they take pride in their office's appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Best part is the excellent care I receive to maintain and improve my overall health.

Going to the doctor is not on the top of my list. Dr. Prabaker's office makes it as painless as possible. I highly recommend this office since the doctor and his staff all really do care about their patients. Some highlights of recent visits: They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
