Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr Ritchkin himself is very knowledgeable, friendly, very thorough in his diagnosis and explains everything so easily in non-technical terms. His bedside manner and style is very friendly. He performed colonoscopies on me for 7 years before I had to move to the East Coast. Highly recommended.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

During my appointment, they went over all of my questions, and I left feeling much more informed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
