I was a patient of Dr. Braunstein's several years ago when he was in Sherman Oaks. Since I have returned to the LA area I have tired to locate him through the prior office and all I received were lies. My OB/GYN who also is a patient of Dr. Braunstien finally gave me information on his new office. I can't wait to set up my first appointment with him since he has ALWAYS been a caring, empathic physcian who takes time with is patients.

I initially went to see Dr. Braunstein for a second opinion because after 9 months with a different provider not associated with Premier, I was not only discouraged but I felt judged the whole time. My input or suggestions were not welcomed at all. After just one visit with Dr. Braunstein, I felt like more had already been done for my condition in the first visit than my previous MD had done in almost a year! My second opinion was quickly converted to a total provider change and I couldn't be happier. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Braunstein has been my family physician my whole life, I am 25 now. He is very knowledgeable, reachable and caring. I highly recommend him as a family doctor.

This doctor is very unprofessional and is not care for his patients. He will pass you off to another doctor rather than try to help you. Wait time is very long. The office staff is very rude. When I tried to speak to management they had a I do not care attitude. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
