It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr. Zamost has been our family doctor for 4 generations of our family. He is knowledgeable and thorough with the varied ailments we've had. Just an overall great doctor!!

The office is conveniently located and easy to find. They are always prepared for my appointment and waiting time is practically zero. Although they only have a couple of interesting magazines, one of the doctors has a library of books in the waiting room he makes available. Appointments aren't rushed and questions are always answered.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
