It has been quite a while since I actually saw Dr. Donalson herself, i usually have to see Millie her NP. Over the last year and a half, I have seen them multiple time and am completely unsatisfied with them and their staff. I have requested multiple time to be referred to different specialty Dr.'s and am getting denied. The nursing staff seems to have gotten ruder as well, never telling me what my vital signs are, judging me for the reasons I am in there, and just having a bad attitude in general. That is the same way that the Dr.'s act too. They seem to not care at all about what you are there for and just want to hurry up to shoo you out. I just made a call to get a referral to a GI Dr. right now and if I do not receive the feedback or quick response to this urgent matter, I will be changing Dr's immediately. Dont waste the co-pay's or gas to go to them, unless you want to wait forever to get no answers or help with your problems!!!!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Everything about my experience with Dr. Nikki Donaldson and her staff have been horrible. I originally chose her because of location to work and home, that was a mistake. I recommend doing your homework on a new doctor before selecting one that will be in charge of YOUR HEALTH. The first appointment I had was a physical in which I had to disrobe and wait for her to come in. After sitting in my medical gown for 40 minutes I got dressed walked out in the hall to find Dr. Donaldson chatting to a medical salesman about her Hawaii trip last weekend. I walked out and to the front and asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon. She said OH MY, we must have forgot about you, so sorry, please put your gown on we will be right in. UH I said I will need to reschedule as my patience were running thin at this point.
Had to argue with receptionist to get my 20 dollar co pay back and reschedule my appt asap in order to continue to receive allergy meds. Another time I had a fall and was suffering from serious neck & should pain after seeing Dr. Donaldson she gave me a script for pain meds. I followed up for weeks, asking for an xray per my Chiropractor, accupuncurists & massage therapies request, only after I was forced to see a Neurologist and making several calls to Dr. Donaldson begging for and Xray , was one ordered. Immediate findings from that xray that took 13 weeks from injury to get showed significant nerve damage & compressed discs, Neuro then suggested they needed an MRI august 31. Dr. Donaldson's office did not send that info to my insurance for approval until 9/14 after 6 phone calls from me asking he be sent to insurance. WTF??? This is not excusable, and I should never have felt like a number for 16 weeks to get a diagnosis and/or treatment for a serious fall.
