I took my 101 year old father for a mohs procedure today. The front office staff were very friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with Dr. Pharris and his entire team! Clearly he is a great team leader and his staff enjoys working with him. He was very pleasant, professional, patient, and through with my Dad. We enjoyed the attention of 3 different nurses/assistants. Each had unique personalities but were equally attentive, competent and professional. Everything was explained throughly and care instructions were provided orally in detail as well as in print. A delightful surprise was that the billing is done the "old fashioned" way...rare these days...payment/copay taken AFTER the treatment! Also, Dr. Pharris called tonight to check on Dad.

For those who take care of an elder, you may know that it is not uncommon for healthcare people to ignore the elder and to speak only to the caregiver. I personally find this unbelievably rude. However, that is not what my mother and I experienced with Dr. Pharis and his team. In fact, this group of professionals were the polar opposite. They were kind, worked hard to make the experience positive and they are efficient. The process that they use to conduct Mohl surgery is not only effective but it shows thought has been applied toward being considerate to the patient. Additionally, Dr. Pharis and his team do a wonderful job of sewing. My 86 year old mother's face, where the skin cancer was removed, shows little to no evidence that anything was removed.

This is the third time I have had this surgery over 13 years. If you have to have this procedure then look no farther than Dr. Pharis. From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable. The staff all seem to know their job and do it well. They take the time to make sure I was comfortable.
After the procedure they took the time to explain the "what happens next"time. As I said this was my third Mohs and I am very satisfied with Dr. Pharis. Also the location is an advantage for driving with our the dreaded 400.

Everyone at this office is great! Dr. Pharis was caring and informative, his nurse was kind and helpful and the front desk staff is efficient and friendly. Great practice! Dr. Pharis even called me the evening of my procedure to check in that all was well. Everyone is top notch!

Dr. Pharis performed Mohs procedure to remove cancerous cells on my face. Dr. Pharis and his staff were very courteous and very thorough in describing exactly what the procedure entails and what to expect. The results were excellent. I highly recommend Dr Pharis.
