Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be comfortable, there is plenty to read in the lobby but you won't sit there for long. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
