I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

The office was easy enough to find. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Very dissappointed in trying to make an appointment. I don't give personal info by phone, and was refused an appointment on the basis of not providing birth info (although I said I would provide it when I arrived). Not very smart. This is just an initial screening for both the customer and the provider. If a patient is not made to feel comfortable before the doctor's appointment, then other things are called to question. I am not sure that the doctor's are aware of their reception's behavior, so I am posting this so that they will be cautioned. Identity theft is a big deal and according to Kiplingers', medical offices are among the top places vunerable to this sort of thing.
