I rely on Dr. Maffei and her staff to take care of my skin cancers and my psoriasis. My psoriasis was out of control before I started seeing her. She spent a lot of time explaining what psoriasis is and ways that we could treat it. I was so embarrassed about my constant flaking and red patches that I wouldn't wear black clothes or short sleeves. In the last 4 years, she has managed to get my psoriasis under control. I am now able to wear shorts! She and her office staff are the friendliest bunch I've come across. I enjoy my visits there and would highly recommend her.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I have also recommended Dr. Maffei to many of my friends.

Dr. Maffei is the best! I have seen her for about a year and recently started taking my teenage daughter to her for acne. She is so kind and understanding, especially when it comes to dealing with my teen and her image issues. I am always able to get an appointment quickly, and I usually don't wait more than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has skin issues and needs a dermatologist.

I have been seeing Dr. Maffei for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about her. I began seeing her after several other dermatologists gave up on a rash that I had. Dr. Maffei knew what the rash was and how to treat it. Since then, I have seen her or assistant for several other skin issues. The office staff is always friendly and professional--they seem to genuinely like working there. I like seeing Dr. Maffei because she is down to earth and explains things in a way that I can understand.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. They were extremely caring and I was completely relaxed during my appointment. The Dr. was very thorough and explained in detail everything about my condition and the course of treatment I needed. I feel a lot more confident now. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

I was taking my daughter there for a rash and she has miss diagnosed her 3 times! This last time she accused my 9 year old daughter of putting something on her skin to inflame it to get mom's attention! Which is not the case! She is completely incompetent and I would not recommend going to her ever!
