They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
