They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

She never has that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't have to wait very long before I was in with the doctor. She is very kind and caring, and she stays open past her closing time to help anyone who needs her. She wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on Dr. Nickel--she is very knowledgeable and forthright.
