The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs, they were just fantastic.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I completely disagree with the negative review. My friend's daughter and my son have been going to Dr. Armann's for years. Our service has always been above and beyond what any other office has been willing to do. The staff is incredibly courteous and willing to accommodate our needs. My son is always excited to see Dr. Armann and I always walk away feeling like my needs have been addressed. Thank you, Dr. Armann!!!

Terrible experience. This Dr was probably the worst we have ever experienced when it came to knowledge and communication skills. Desk staff were very rude and impatient, especially TERESA & Michael. There are so many good pediatricians in Los Gatos, at least find one that is married and understands what married couples go through collectively with children. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
