I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
