I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. When I went on my annual physical I had to wait over an hour because I was there before my scheduled appointment time and it was an hour after my scheduled appt that I was finally seen. I am overweight and when I discussed my weight concerns with her all she did was give me a poorly copied handout, that you could hardly read, that had a recommended food list. Also, Her office receptionist is rude and unhelpful on the phone. The Dr. ordered some labs and I had them sent to her office, good luck ever getting the results. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and wouldn't give even say if they were normal or abnormal. Also I was given a script for antibiotics and went home and misplaced the script, they made me come back and pay for another office visit to get a new script even though I had just been in their office.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
