Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

This doctor cares about people and although we all know medical care is a business like everything else, this business is run with professional integrity and with the customer's best interests in mind. It is clear that Dr. D'Souza, who takes care of my entire family, sees and cares for us us as whole people and not just another hurt knee or sore throat.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
