They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I have never had a better, more compassionate MD who takes all the time I require to maintain good health. I highly recommend Dr. R for any one who takes their healthcare seriously.

Many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible but if you don't know which part of the building your doctor is located in, expect to walk a bit! It's hard to find the directory - they need to post many more directories than just the one they seem to have. They had enough interesting magazines to make my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Of all of the staff, I particularly didn't care as much for the office staff as I did for the doctor's assistants and nurses. I miss the blood testing lab they used to have there (and the nurse who was in charge of it). This doctor is knowledgeable enough but wasn't very 'hands-on' for my visits. There were times when I thought he didn't take me seriously enough. I've been seeing him for about 15 years and am thinking of changing but there's alot of doctors that are much worse. I don't have any major complaints with Dr. Reinholtz, I think he does the best he can with what he has to work with.
