They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
