Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I feel Dr. Highsmith is a wonderfull doctor and he listens to every thing I say. The wait time is a little long, however, I say that is because he gives each patient a lot of time with him. He is GREAT and I just love his whole staff.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting area here is spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I spend a little time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
