What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I have to wait forever after I arrive for my appointments. They are always running really behind and I am disappointed because it throws off the rest of my day. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
