I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
