I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
I am also a particularly difficult patient because I am a post brain tumor patient. Dr. Freeman has treated quite a few patients like myself and he has a very centralized understanding of the condition.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes.
