He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
