They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Tritt. Had two Sinus surgeries. He is very knowledgeable, has very good bed side manner, and he is very compassionate. He really cares about his patients. Yes, wait times can be long, but that is what you are to expect when seeing a MD who does not rush you out the door and gives you a very thorough examination!!!
