Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr Hull is great as a Dermatologist... however, I do feel that they try to see too many patients and do not have an adequate amount of time to spend with each patient. I had to call three time for some results *after waiting a week) and was definately not happy with their response time on getting back to me. It seems that they either need more staff or less patients. Although I received the care and got my questions answered... (eventually)... I would not recommend them to a friend.

They were easy to reach, when I called they answered right away and it was so nice to hear a friendly voice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen on cosmetic services. I have priced every other place in the area and couldn't believe that I got top-notch service for that price!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
