I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
