They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

No, my child couldn't stand them and we no longer see them

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
