It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Dr. Wayman is a nice Dr and the staff has been known to take excellent care of my Grandparents. However, the wait time is atrocious. You'll wait at least an hour past your appointment time, it never fails.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

One of the greatest doctors ever, Ive been going to him for 15 years... very helpful and brilliant. Thank you Dr. Wayman for everything.
