I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
