Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
