They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but I felt rushed. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I called the office to book an appt for my daughter, She needed two "timed" vaccines due in Feb. i was told she needed to come in and be established as a patient first and we booked an appt. the month prior. The appt time was 430pm by 630pm she still had not been called back and I questioned the receptionist for the third time and was told this was typical, Funny the sign behind her on the wall reads, if you are going to be 15 minutes late for your appt they will need to reschedule you because they need to take care of sick patients. 2.5 hours later I was called back and the nurse called me sweetheart 3 times. He also informed that the vaccines could not be given there, I asked for my medical records back and left without ever being seen by the physician. It is rediculous to think that my time or my daughters is not important, and to find out after booking this appt and telling them why I needed her seen, that this office would have even accepted her as a patient. Very disatisfied with this office and provider
