Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to Monmouth Medical Center. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. The building is very old and a tiny bit frightening to my child upon entry, but once inside, the staff and the interesting fish tank helped put her at ease. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
