I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
