They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Almost every time my child is sick I have to wait days for an appointment. Sometimes, my child just has a cough, and doesn't need all the medication they try to push on us (inhalers, etc.). It's very annoying. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I am always happy with dr help and caring for my son

Not at all; cheap and plastic

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
