I have been a patient here for over 2 decades. I have never waited more than a couple of minutes for an appointment, everyone is professional and organized and Dr. Gaudreau gives perfect care. All offices should be run this way.

I have gone here for many years and have always been satisfied with my exams, glasses and/or contacts. My children even go as well. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The office was very easy to locate but parking is extremely limited and tight. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. You should be able to get a contact lens if yours runs out but the receptionist said I couldn't get one but the doctor said that wasn't true. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall the right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing. I would recommend Dr. Gaudreau to anyone. I know other eye doctors who talk your ear off and make others wait in the waiting room while he talks about his personal life. That is why I switched to Dr. Gaudreau. He is a great guy who knows his business.
