Julie Kingsbury has been treating my grandparents inappropriatly for months. Her incompitence has caused my grandmother in particular to become incredibly sleep deprived, which has lead to a worsening of her dementia and to at least one fall that I am aware of. My grandmother is 91 years old and has scabies, which Julie has not only diagnosed as dry skin multiple times but also did not treat appropriately when she did finally diagnose the symptoms correctly. Currently she is denying that my grandparents have scabies (they certainly do) and is causing my grandmother to suffer immensely. I have gone as far as getting a malpractice case review from a lawyer. Based on my experience with Julie I am not satisfied an look upon her work with my grandparents as negligent, irresponsible, and incompetent.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was very impressed by how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. It looks like it might be brand new.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. However I recently been expirencing some (severe) symtoms of depression and anxiety, It's now reached the degree where i do not leave my home only if required, I've made (multiple) phone calls also began seeing a counsler to possibly help with my situation, unfortunately she feels the only way to pursue with counsling sessions, I need to level out my depression issue possibly with medication?, She also attempted to reach my PCP Julie kingsbury, with phone calls and a letter sent directly, she too has been unsuccessful with a reply. I'm not sure what else to do, I feel im at the end of my rope. My husband is also very concerned regarding this situation. I don't consider myself a complicated patient I only see Julie usually for physical's and rarely ever call the office with issues etc.... however i will admit Im a bit frightened not having control of my emotions, i've never expirenced this before, or at least to this degree. I understand julie's practice is extremely busy, however im only requesting some guidance on what to do next, Perhaps this may be the cause of my consistant migraines?? Please i dont know what else to do or who else to turn to..... sincerely, Sandra I. Blanchard
